Return Policy & Scope

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us through our Instagram page or customer support within 14 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible.

  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

Strict Timeframe Exchanges are strictly limited to a 14-days window from the exact time of receipt. Requests exceeding this timeframe will be automatically voided.

Product Inspection Protocol

To uphold our premium standards, all customers are mandated to inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery, prior to remitting payment to the courier. This inspection protocol includes:

  • Verification of the correct model, size, and color variant.
  • Detailed examination for any physical defects or damages.
  • Confirmation that all packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

Legal Note: Remitting payment to the courier constitutes full and final acceptance that the product has been received in a fully satisfactory and flawless condition.


Shipping & Cancellation

Our logistical operations are swift to ensure rapid delivery. Therefore, once an order is dispatched and handed over to our shipping partners, shipping fees become entirely non-refundable.

This policy remains in full effect even if the customer decides to cancel the order mid-transit or outright refuses to receive the shipment upon arrival.

Financial Responsibility Any shipping, return transit, or handling fees incurred due to cancellation at the door will be fully borne by the customer.

Comprehensive Exchange

We proudly offer a 14-day Refund & Exchange policy. To qualify, products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. All requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Formal notification is sent to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The product remains entirely unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original branding tags, labels, and protective packaging are untampered and undamaged.

Requests failing to meet every single criteria above will face automatic decline without further review.


Preferences vs. Faults

Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange an item simply due to personal preference, we facilitate this. However, you are wholly responsible for all dual shipping costs (return and reshipment). No additional administrative fees will apply.

Faulty Items: In the highly unlikely event that our quality control misses a defect, or you receive an incorrect item, we take full responsibility. We will cover 100% of the shipping costs associated with the corrective exchange.


Strictly Final Sale

To maintain hygiene, exclusivity, and operational integrity, certain categories are entirely exempt from our exchange policy. The following items are considered final sale:

  • Customized, bespoke, or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during clearance events or marked as final-sale.
  • Intimate wear, accessories, or items where hygiene seals are broken.

Official Exchange Procedure

Step 01: Initiate Contact

Draft an email to our dedicated support team at blackfactory.eg@gmail.com within the strict 48-hour window from delivery.

Step 02: Provide Documentation

Include your official Order Number, a detailed explanation for the exchange, and high-resolution photographs of the product proving it is in its original, untouched condition.

Step 03: Await Authorization

Our quality assurance team will review your submission. Do not ship any item back until you receive an official Exchange Authorization confirmation from our staff.

Step 04: Courier Handoff

Once approved, we will instruct you on how to hand the securely packaged item back to our designated courier for the exchange process.
