Welcome to our store. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- All orders are considered confirmed once formally placed on our website.
- Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment without any penalty.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, at any time.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Customers are strictly required to inspect the product thoroughly before handing payment to the courier.
Once payment is made, the sale is considered final. Absolutely no claims for damage, defects, or incorrect items will be accepted after the transaction with the courier has been completed.
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are permitted strictly within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be entirely unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers bear full responsibility for all shipping costs related to exchanges (return and reshipment).

- Orders are processed efficiently within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery typically takes between 2–5 business days.
- We currently operate and ship exclusively within the local area; regional or international shipping is not provided.
If a customer refuses to accept delivery after the order has been successfully shipped and reached the destination, it will be recorded in our system as a failed delivery.
Repeated failed or refused deliveries may result in the customer's account being permanently restricted from placing any future orders.
